Pascale Helyar-Moray

CEO Human Super

Pascale is the CEO of Human Super, a super fund crafted for women. While most women have heard of the gender wage gap, only a few are aware that they will retire with 45% less than men. Pascale was one of these women, not realising the impact her children-related career break had on her super balance. Like many other women, Pascale returned to the workforce in a part-time capacity, which again had a detrimental effect on her super. Pascale is now passionate about helping to empower Australian women minimise their superannuation gap, while also working with big business and government to change the status quo!
